Jalapeno Popper Chicken Salad

Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs chicken breast, cooked and diced or shredded
  • 2 jalapenos, seeded and diced
  • 6 strips bacon, cooked and chopped
  • 1 tbsp freshly chopped dill
  • 1 tbsp freshly chopped chives
  • 1 tbsp freshly chopped parsley
  • 1/3 cup mayo
  • ¼ cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tbsp djon mustard
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • Pinch of salt and pepper 
  • Craize Jalapeno Lime, to serve

Directions

  1. Combine the cooked chicken, jalapenos, bacon, dill, chives, and parsley in a bowl. 
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk the mayo, softened cream cheese, dijon, apple cider vinegar, and a pinch of salt and pepper until combined. 
  3. Pour the mayo mixture onto the chicken mixture and toss to combine. 
  4. Refrigerate for 1-2 hours before serving with Craize and enjoy!
